Not matching refresh rate after coming out of standby.

I run Kodi on a 2017 nVidia Shield with frame rate matching turned on.
In Kodi 18.4 you had to relaunch Kodi after coming out of device standby or frame rate matching didn't work.
In Kodi 18.5 is was fixed. You could put the Shield into standby without having to close and relaunch Kodi afterwards.
In Kodi 18.6 it's broken again.
